What To Expect
Get ready to channel your inner detective and solve a spooky city wide murder mystery around Lincoln!
Chester Monte, the country's most talked-about politician, was found dead on a quiet street just hours before a live TV debate that could have won him the Lincoln Mayoral election. No murder weapon in sight, no witnesses, and six people with every reason to want him gone.
This Halloween, it's up to you and your team to solve this murder case.

We're bringing the UK's largest outdoor murder mystery to Lincoln! A murder mystery trail through the Cathedral Quarter, Lincoln Castle, the Guildhall and the Brayford, where you'll gather evidence, question suspects, and piece together exactly what happened to Chester Monte.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Book Your Ticket
Only one ticket needed per team. Each ticket is valid for up to 6 adults, kids play free and aren't included in that 6!
STEP 2
We'll send your instructions
Once you’ve bought your ticket, we’ll email you instructions. These contain everything you need to know about getting setup for the big day.
STEP 3
Head To The Start Location
Head to the cornhill pavement with your team. We'll be there to check you in and hand out some extra things you'll to complete the case!
STEP 4
Solve the case!
Now for the tricky part! You'll need to work together with your team to interview suspects, crack clues and solve puzzles in order to catch our killer - are you upto the challenge?
STEP 5
Prizes!
Head back to the starting location once you've completed the case to see if you've won a prize!
The case is solved on your phone through the I'm Puzzled app. It holds the clues, the suspect interviews, and guides you from stop to stop. Download it before you arrive, grab your team, and your phone becomes your case filet for the day.

Lot's of our players LOVE to dress up, so you can get your detective swag on and don your moustache in good company!
It is optional though so don't worry if you don't want to :)

When can I use my ticket?
You can use your ticket on any day! You are welcome to start any time throughout the day.
How many players can I have on my team?
You can have up to 6 adults on one ticket, kids play for free and aren't counted in that 6.
For example you could have 6 adults and 6 kids (or more) playing on one ticket.
How far will I be walking?
The route is around 2.5km, split into 15 puzzle stops along the way. It's designed to be an easy walk for most people.
Can I bring my dog(s)?
Yes, absolutely!
Furry friends are welcome at all our experiences! Our experiences all take place outside, so no need to worry about "accidents".
We love to see them in pictures as well!
Can I gift my ticket?
You certainly can!
What happens in bad weather?
The event will be running rain or shine, we will only cancel if a severe weather warning is issued for Lincoln. If this happens we'll notify everyone via email.
Alternatively if you decide you dont' want to brave the weather we are more than happy to exchange your ticket for one of our "play anytime" experiences.
Is it accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes! The route does go up a hill towards the Castle and Cathedral, but there are busses on a regular basis up and down the hill.
Alternatively we also have a totally accessible route that avoids this hill if you want to swap on the day!
