Common Questions

What is the different between a Multi device and Single device ticket

Both ticket types are TEAM tickets.

The Single device ticket allows you to play as a group using 1 phone. This still offers a great experience and you can take it in turns solving puzzles.

The Multi device ticket allows you to play as a group using up to 4 phones. This allows each player to solve the puzzles themselves and compete amongst each other as well as other teams.

I haven't received my order confirmation and instructional email yet?

Don't panic! Please check through your spam folders as it may have gotten lost! - try searching I'm Puzzled on your inbox.

If you really can't find your email, please get in touch here and we will sort it out for you.

When can I use my ticket?

You can use your ticket on any weekend. You are welcome to start any time on either Saturday or Sunday!

How many players can I have on my team?

You can have up to 6 players on a team per device.

Can I bring my kids?

Of course you can! Our events are suitable for players of all ages.

At I'm Puzzled, we believe in the power of shared adventures and creating lasting memories for everyone, including your little ones!

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

You certainly can! Just forward them the instructional emails and your event code - they will be good to go!

What happens in bad weather?

Our events will be running in most weather, unless we notify you otherwise. It's up to you to decide which weekend you want to play!

Are your events wheel chair accessible?

Our events are based around city centres all across the UK. So, they should be wheel chair accessible, and it is highly likely it will be, but we can't guarantee it.

We bring the excitement, challenge and mystery of an escape room to a city near you!

Using our industry leading app, you'll need to work your way around our event, solving challenges, puzzles, meeting characters and gathering evidence along your way. Once your ready, you'll need to construct your case file and convict the killer!

Are your events suitable for someone who is pregnant?

There is no strenuous activity in any of our games.

You can expect to spend 1-2 hours on your feet throughout the event.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, absolutely!

Furry friends are welcome at all our events! Our events all take place outside, so no need to worry about "accidents".

We love to see them in pictures as well!

How much data does the app use?

Very little.

Factors on the game day can affect data usage but you can expect it to be under 30mb. (this does not include downloading the app)

What happens at an I'm Puzzled event?

At an I'm Puzzled event, hundreds of teams play alongside each other all across the UK!

Using our industry leading mobile event app, you will explore the city streets like never before. Meet characters, solve puzzles, gather evidence and piece together the mystery!

You can pause and stop for a lunch at any time - or take time to discuss the case!

We hold events at over 30 UK locations every weekend.

How To Play

Where can I get a ticket?

All our events can be found here.

We host events every weekend at over 30 locations across the UK! Choose a location close to you, or perhaps somewhere you'd like to visit! Our events are an amazing way to explore cities.

What do I need to take part?

All you need is your fully charged phone to embark your adventure!

Armed with your phone and a bundle of curiosity, you'll need to use our app to make you way around the event, solve puzzles, collect evidence and weapons, and solve the case!

How far will I be walking?

All our quests are based within a 1/2 miles radius of the start location, but you can certainly get your daily steps in if you like!

How long does each event usually take?

Each of our events typically takes around 2-3 hours to complete for an average team of detectives! All our quests are based within a 1/2 miles radius of the start location, but you can certainly get your daily steps in if you like!

Where is the start location?

The start location will be revealed after you redeem your code in the app. You can click a button on the app to get directions to the start location!

The start location will be central to the town/city, usually a landmark like a clock tower, hall or park if they are there.

My voucher code doesn't seem to be working?

This is normally due to the code having been copied incorrectly. Please check that you have copied and pasted the code from our pre-game briefing email correctly. This will help to avoid any potential errors with the code.

  • Steps After Purchasing A Ticket.🎫

    After purchasing a ticket to one of our events, you'll be sent an instructional email. This email will walk you through a simple process to get you set up before the day of the event.

    This email will contain a code unique to your order, when redeemed you'll have access to your purchased event.

  • How Do I Play? 🔍

    Gather a team of family or friends, bring your smartphone, and dress up (optional) to become immersed in the experience.

    After purchasing a ticket you'll need to download our event app onto your smartphone, instructions will be sent to walk you through this simple process.
