How do I send the gift card?
You will receive an email containing the gift card, this can then be forwarded onto the recipient.
What group size should I select?
It depends on how many people the recipient will likely want to play with, as an example, if they have 3 close friends purchase the Medium ticket. The group sizes cannot be upgraded after purchase so we recommend purchasing for a larger group to be safe.
How long does the experience take?
It will take anywhere between 1-3 hours. If a competitive group are playing it will be closer to 1 hour whereas if they are playing for leisure it will be closer to 2 hours but could push to 3 hours if they pause for food/drinks.
Do gift cards expire?
No, gift cards will not expire. Even once the gift card has been redeemed and the recipient has the ticket, the tickets do not expire either.
Is this a good gift?
ABSOLUTELY! Our experiences are perfect for families, friends and couples. We have 3 experiences to choose from, Wizard of Oz, Murder Mystery and Bank Heist, the recipient gets to decide what they'd like to play. Wizard of Oz is great for families with or without young children. The Murder Mystery is great for families but also groups of friends. The Bank Heist is great for those that love a challenge.
