What Puzzles Can I Expect?
Virtual Reality Puzzles
Location Based Puzzles
Collaboration Puzzles
Are the experiences at each location the same?
No, each experience is unique. There are between 3-5 puzzles that are based in the physical world.
You will be directed to a key point of interest, where you will need to solve a cryptic puzzle! Your team will need to look around their surroundings to gather the information needed to workout a numerical or alphabetical code.
Although these puzzles are unique to the location, they tie in perfectly with the story to keep you immersed.
Corporate FAQs
How do large groups play on the same route?
We suggest that large groups stagger their start times to prevent each team from being on top of one another.
A 5 minute gap between start times is enough to stagger the teams. At the start of the route there is a choice of three locations to go to first.
It also adds to the fun when teams are catching each other up, thats when each players true competitiveness really shines.
Does everyone play on their own phones?
Every player can download the app and play via their own phones.
You are also able to share a single phone between multiple people, and take it in turns solving the puzzles.
How hard is it to setup?
You do not need to be tech savy to play our experience. We will handle all setup before your day out, so all that's left is to download our app and play!
We will send over a document explaining the exact steps with screenshots on how to get setup.
Each player will be given a team code. Once they download the I'm Puzzled app and register, they can enter their team code and they can begin the heist.
How long does the experience take?
The average completion time for Heist Society is between 1.5 - 2 hours. This does not include any breaks/food/drink stops you might plan along the way.
If this is too long for you, please get in touch as we do offer a custom route package where we can reduce the distance between each location which will reduce the overall playing time.
What happens if a player cannot solve a puzzle?
Each puzzle has a timer, usually ranging between 5-10 minutes. if this timer is reached the puzzle will end progressing the experience.
If a team is really stuck there is also the option to skip the puzzle mid way through. The downside of skipping is that the team will receive a time penalty if no one manages to complete it!
I have further questions.
Please email info@im-puzzled.com where a member of our team would be happy to help via email or e-meeting.
Do you setup custom routes?
Yes, if you provide us with a start and finish location we'd be happy to create a custom route for you.
These routes can start and finish absolutely anywhere you like. This is a great option if you'd like to start at your office and finish at a restaurant you may have booked for example.
Please note: we do charge an additional fee for this service.
