I'm Puzzled offers a unique outdoor experience that brings the thrill and mystery of an escape room to a city near you.

We host events in 30 different locations across the UK, with multiple events every weekend.

After purchasing a ticket to one of our events, you'll be sent an instructional email. This email will walk you through a simple process to get you set up before the day of the event.

This email will contain a code unique to your order, when redeemed you'll have access to your purchased event.

Gather a team of family or friends, bring your smartphone, and dress up (optional) to become immersed in the experience.

After purchasing a ticket you'll need to download our event app onto your smartphone, instructions will be sent to walk you through this simple process.
